Our Work
As a public health consulting organization, Sea Glass Group is dedicated to providing services that promote widespread health and well-being. Through a collaborative approach that fosters genuine partnership, we strive to create lasting positive changes. Our services include…
Supporting you in telling your programmatic stories through data. We support you in developing programmatic goals, measuring progress towards those goals, collecting and analyzing data, and synthesizing information to help tell the story of the work that you do to support decision-making and program implementation. This may include development of logic models, theories of change, surveys, interview and focus group discussion guides, facilitating interviews and focus group discussions, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and developing reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
Expanding knowledge beyond specific public health programs. We help you tell a wider story, with the hope that learnings can be applied to a broad group of communities and/or public health initiatives. This may involve working with institutional review boards, developing research protocols and data collection tools, conducting data collection and statistical analysis, developing literature reviews, abstracts, manuscripts, and posters, and working with journals to support publication.
Strengthening the ability of public health organizations and individuals to conduct their own data monitoring, reporting, and program evaluation. We collaborate with you to build processes, knowledge, and skills in conducting your own program evaluation activities. Activities may include developing data collection and reporting templates, supporting database development, and facilitating one-on-one or group technical assistance sessions to improve staff capacity for program monitoring and evaluation.
Advancing policies and strategies that improve public health and well-being. We assess existing policies and strategies, while supporting technical writing and strategic planning efforts to help with the development and implementation of new strategies that enhance public health and wellness initiatives. This may include support with grant-writing, strategic plan development, developing fact sheets, one-pagers, issue briefs, executive summaries, and policy recommendations.
